Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim in relation to them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law and we reserve the right to bring proceedings in the courts in any location (the English courts, your country of residence, or whichever forum) we feel is appropriate.
If you are not a consumer, any such dispute or claim will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the arbitration rules of the competent court/regulators, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this paragraph. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration, shall be Dubai, UAE. The language to be used in the arbitration shall be English.

General
If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the remaining terms will continue to apply.
Unless we otherwise expressly agree in writing, these Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Website and the Contented and, if you are not a consumer, supersede all discussions, communications, conversations, and agreements concerning the subject matter hereof.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms & Conditions, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
No refund on registration fees and material charges
Refund of tuition fees for regular courses is as below:
Withdrawal from a course before commencement of program, 100% Tuition fee less the credit card charges, if any, that has been paid with the production of invoice/receipt issued by Elegant.
Withdrawal from a course after attending one session, the fee that has been paid after deducting an administration fee of AED 250 plus the credit card charges, if paid by credit card.
Withdrawal from a course after attending the second session, the fee paid reduced by AED 250 towards administration fee, credit card fee if paid by card, and the proportionate fee for the sessions attended.
Withdrawal from a course after attending half of the course, no fee paid will be returned.
